Reading Teacher Comments
When your teacher leaves a comment for you, you will be notified of this within your account. Click on the notification bell in the top-right of the page to view all of your notifications. When you click on a comment notice, you will be taken to the results page where the comment left by your teacher is displayed. You can reply to the comment by simply adding another comment if you so wish.
Using the Student Quizzes
To take a Quiz, click on the Start Quiz button.
If you do not see the option Start quiz, then you may be accidentally logged into your parent or carers account. Quizzes can only be taken from your student account, so please check which account you are in.
Your teacher may have set a time limit for each question, you will need to select an answer within the time frame given. However if the time runs out before you make your choice, your answer will be marked as wrong and the answer options will appear in red. Click on the Continue button to move onto the next question.
Your results will be available immediately after the quiz has been taken. If you do not get 100% on your first attempt, you can take the quiz again up to 3 times if you need too.
Using the Student Gradebook
The Gradebook is where you can see your grades/statuses for the work you have submitted.
The Gradebook will display all your work tasks by default. You can use either the Homework search bar or you can use the filters at the top to narrow the homework tasks down by class, teacher, and submission status.
Click on the homework title for more details about the assignment including the issue date, a description what the task is, which teacher assigned it, and how you are supposed to submit it.
The submissions status indicates whether or not the assignment was completed.
If a grade has been entered for a task, it will appear in the Grade column for the assignment.
Click on the Results option for more information about your grade and submission status or to see any comments left about your task by the teacher.
To check on announcements and events online, log into your account and click the Notice board table on the left-hand menu. Notifications for any new announcements or events will also be displayed in the bell icon at the top-right of the page.
Announcements appear as blue dots and events appear as red dots on the notice board. Click on the dot to read more information about the event/announcement.
