The maths curriculum is a spiral. Year 7 is a transition year for students begin their secondary mathematics. During KS3 students will further develop their fluency of procedure for each topic and will develop their mathematical reasoning and interpretation skills and will communicate mathematically. Students will start to develop their skills with solving problems within a mathematical context.
